What Does This Privacy Policy Cover?

This policy covers how RoboKiller treats your personal information it collects and receives. This includes information about you that is personally identifiable by itself or when combined with other information - such as your name, mailing address, email address, IP address, or phone number.

RoboKiller requires access to your phone's contacts list, so that whenever your phone forwards a call we can check the number against your list to confirm instantly whether the caller should be sent to your native voicemail or should instead be sent to our Answer Bots. Only the numbers in your contacts list will be saved on our servers. We do not use or store on our servers any other personal information about your contacts, such as name, photo, or email address. We treat the downloaded phone numbers as personal information covered by this policy.

This Privacy Policy, however, does not apply to the practices of companies that are not affiliated with RoboKiller.

What Information Do We Collect and How Do We Use It?

RoboKiller collects personal information when you sign up and use the features and services provided by the product. When you register, we ask for your phone number, and we may ask for other personal information, which may include your name, email address, address, and zip code. Once you register with RoboKiller and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. RoboKiller also collects information about your transactions with us, including information about your use of our services. We automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address and possibly RoboKiller cookie information. RoboKiller uses the information for the following purposes, among others: to fulfill your requests for products and services, to improve our services, and to contact you. Such disclosure could involve disclosure of limited personal information, such as your phone number (as the recipient of the robocall) or name (if the robocall recording contains your name).

RoboKiller is currently a paid product. In the event RoboKiller is acquired by or merged with another company or organization, the terms of this Privacy Policy shall continue to apply unless you are notified otherwise.
