To view your recent call history on your AT&T iPhone, follow these steps:

Open the Phone App: From your iPhone's home screen, tap the Phone icon.

Access the Recents Tab: At the bottom of the screen, tap the Recents tab. This will display a list of your recent calls, including incoming, outgoing, and missed calls.

View Call Details: Tap the i (information) icon next to any call to see more details, such as the call duration and exact time.

Delete a Single Call: Swipe left on the call entry and tap Delete.

Log In to Your AT&T Account: Visit the AT&T website and sign in with your credentials.

Navigate to Call History: Once logged in, go to the Bill & Payments section and select View Full Bill. Here, you'll find a detailed list of your calls, including date, time, duration, and the numbers dialed or received.
Please note that the online call history may not update in real-time and could reflect data from your most recent billing cycle.
