Teltech Gift Terms and Conditions

The following Teltech Gift Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) describe the terms and conditions that apply to use of egift cards, membership subscriptions and similar items (“Gift Subscriptions”) for access and use of Teltech’s Robokiller mobile application. By purchasing, accepting or using Gift Subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase, use or accept Gift Subscriptions.

1. Terms and Uses.

   The Teltech Terms of Service and the Teltech Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated into these Terms. The Teltech Terms of Service and Teltech Privacy Policy may include terms and conditions in respect of the collection and use of personal data, general provisions regarding the services offered, choice of law, arbitration and venue. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Teltech Terms of Service and Teltech Privacy Policy, these Terms will govern.

2. How to Redeem a Gift Subscription.

   A person who purchases the gift is referred to in these Terms as the “Giftor”. A person who receives and redeems a Gift Subscription to Robokiller is referred to in these Terms as the “Recipient”. Once purchased, the Giftor will receive an email with the order confirmation and receipt. The Receipient will immediately receive an email notification, which will include a gift code (“Gift Code”) and redemption instructions.
   
   ‍To redeem a Gift Subscription, please visit app.robokiller.com/redeem. In order to be eligible to redeem or use a Gift Subscription, you will be asked to enter a phone number and email address. Once an existing account is identified or you have registered for a Robokiller account, you will be prompted to download the Robokiller app on your mobile device. In order to use or register for a Robokiller account, you must comply with the applicable age (and any other) requirements set out in the Teltech Terms of Service and you must accept the Teltech Terms of Service and Teltech Privacy Policy.

3. Limitations.

   The following limitations shall apply:

   • Recipients will not be able to redeem a Gift Code if they have an active Robokiller subscription. If a Receipient has an active Robokiller subscription, then the Gift Subscription will begin once their current subscription ends.
   • The Gift Subscriptions are not exchangeable for any other product or service, and can only be redeemed for the subscription services as described above.
   • Gift Subscriptions cannot be used to purchase other Gift Codes or other Gift Subscriptions and cannot be combined and used in conjunction with any discounts.
   • Gift Subscriptions and Gift Codes are not refundable and cannot be resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other Robokiller account, except where required by law.
   • Unused Gift Subscriptions may not be transferred.
   • Resale of a Gift Subscription or use for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes is strictly prohibited.
   • Gift Codes may be redeemed only once.

4. Payment.

   Gift Subscriptions are paid for by a one-time upfront payment. Teltech will automatically bill the payment method the Giftor selects at the time of purchase, not delivery. There are no refunds or other credits for Gift Subscriptions - whether or not they are redeemed.

5. Expiration.

   Once a Gift Subscription is redeemed, that subscription will expire twelve (12) months after the date of redemption. Gift Subscriptions will not renew.

6. Changes to Terms.

   Teltech reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time in its discretion, which changes Teltech may provide to you by any reasonable means, including without limitation, by posting the revised versions of these Terms on the website.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use.

   Teltech is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from lost, stolen, or fraudulently obtained Gift Subscription Gift Codes or their unauthorized use.
